Dizziness And Fatigue After Having A Mitral Valve Repair. What Can Be Done?

I was told that I would have a free question if I put your app on my phone. I had mitrol valve repair one year ago. I am 54 an athletic I was told the surgery would give me renewed energy. I have less and I get dizzy often when I stand. I do not have insurance so Ican't see a cartiologist should I be concerned what about the one free question

Hello,
You have gone through mitral Valve replacement one year back and you are 54 yrs. now, as you are athlete , so you must be exerting a lot or doing brisk exercises after your valve replacement , so you get dizziness and fatigue too. In my opinion you should exert little less and walk only than see what effect you feel, along with this you take anti-oxidents and fruits etc. regularly , if you feel better than good otherwise go for Echo-cardiography and find out the Ejection factor of your heart valves and consult your cardiologist if conditions persists.
