Dizziness, Pressure Top Of Head And Side Of Nose, Nauseous, Please Help
Have dizzy feeling, pressure across top of head, on side of nose, have nauseous feeling. Have had the first 2 symptoms before when I had fluid in my ear, but never the nauseous feeling.

As you had otitis in the past your pain could be because of sinus inflammation( pain on the sides of nose) or could be a normal tension headache. I advise you to visit your ENT doctor.
