Discomfort, Mild Irritation In Knee Radiating To Thigh Or Calf Muscle. Increase With More Walking. No Swelling. Advice

hai Doctor... i am 27 years old .. i have discomfort/mild irritation in my right knee sometimes radiating to thigh or down the calf muscles.. its not exactly pain.. suffered with same discomfort one month back and relieved and now as i climbed many stairs (i stay in hill station) and roamed a lot couple of days back which got me back the same discomfort in d knee.. no swelling or stiffness of joint..please help me diagnosing my situation..

The mild discomfort that you are feeling is likely to be due to a decrease in the joint lubricants in the knee joints. Taking adequate supplements of chondroitin and glucosamine will help.
