Discomfort In Throat, White Foam While Spitting. Had Gastric Bypass. Any Ideas?

Hi, I'm experiencing some discomfort in my throat. I have to constantly spit and when I do it's white foam. when I lay down it gets worst because it makes me nauseated and that's just from swallowing. When I wake up in the morning and spit sometimes it's white foam with a yellowing color in it. I've been to my doctor and was prescribed carafate and omeprazole and it isn't working.. Is there anything I can take or look into about this problem. I recently had gastric bypass and that is the result of surgery!

yes there are chances of acid reflux and more mucus secretions in these cases as the gastric by pass is there
there is less time to digest food fully and can cause problems written by you
if these medicines are working it means the diagnosis is correct as omeperazole is antacid adit controls acidity only
