Difficulty In Opening Left Hand, Heaviness From Elbow To Finger Tips, Sharp Pain In Head. Cause Of This?

My daughter has CP today she woke up and found she is unable to open her left hand, she can raise and lower her arm without difficulty but states a heaviness from her elbow to her finger tips, and a strange feeling from her elbow up to her shoulder. She stated 2 days ago she had intermittent 5 to 10 second sharp pains in her head, and a pain in her left shoulder. Would could be the cause of this neurological disorder?

HI
Thank for choosing, HCM, no it does not a neurological disorder, it could be a hemodynamic system ( Return of blood,, venous return might be obstructed), just keep her hand elevated for some time & see if every thing is okay, if doe not then, you need to take her for further management at med centre, take care of her, have nice day
