Psychiatrist 's  Response
The problem you are describing is called secondary erectile dysfunction and there has to be a psychological reason for the same especially if its occurring at 24 years of age. You need to seek a psychiatrist who can evaluate you for having depression or anxiety issues. If so you need to get treated for the same. If not then you should get adequate exercises and yes a long for play does help. Sometimes quarrel or discomfort with your partner will also lead to this kind of trouble.
