Difficulty In Breathing, Done CT Scan, Looked Clean. What Would Be Blocking My Nose?

Hello, I'm an 19 year old male who has had a lot of problems with my nose. I've recently got a ct scan and went an saw an ENT which said they looked clean. Now, I have had this problem of not being able to breath, like something is stuck up there. With the ENT clearing it and seeing nothin in my CT what would be blocking my nose.

Hi, you are not in a big problem , blocking of the nose usually happen to the people, during cold , or sinusitis, allergy etc,due to the swelling of the trabiculae in the nose, when cold subsides they will go back into the sinus. You can see even in the mirror when there is block.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe nasal decongestant nasal spray. Thank you.
