Hello. I have been very stupid. I did the salt and ice trick onto my arm for I think 2-3 minutes. I also used compressed air for computer cleaning to spray onto it. Air duster upside down is very very cold as oxygen expands. It has now gone 4 days since I did this and my skin is purple and the sides around where the icecub were, all around like a layer. It is thicker on some parts (I think where we had more compressed air). I have used zinc paste on the wound twice, first after 2 days and the day after that. My questions are:
How bad is this frostbite?
Will the skin turn back to it's original color?
What can I do to improve the healing and potentionally save myself from always having discoloring on my arm?
How stupid was this?
