Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia, Degenerative Arthritis. Treated With Cymbalta And Xanax. What Should The Dosage Be?

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 2002 and have degenerative arthritis most of my life. I am being treated for the fibro with cymbalta, gabapentin, xanax and naproxen. Nothing else for the arthritis. Do you agree that 60 mg of cymbalta is the max I should be taking and 300 of gabapentin 3 times a day and naproxen 2 x day?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
In case of fibromyalgia, there is a recurrent joint and muscle pains and the pain killers and other supportive treatment is given according to the severity of the symptoms. This can be evaluated only after a detailed clinical examination after which the doses are decided.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
