Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia. Recommended To See Rheumatologist

my 34 year old son was diagnosed with fibromyalgia by a GP. He is in extreme pain and it was recommended he see a rheumatologist. He is unemployed , due this disabling illness and we can't find a Doctor who will take medicade. he is in so much pain I don't know what to do. He lives in the 0000 zip code but we will take him anywhere for help.

For the pain you can give tablet naproxen 500 mg twice daily with tablet carbamezepine 100 twice daily. It is better to see a rheumatologist as he Will access further treatment modalities
