Diagnosed With Collapsed Lung. Xray Done. Precaution To Be Taken?

My 16 year old son was just diagnosed with a collapsed lung 2 days ago. He has had 3rounds of xrays and goes back Monday for another set to see if he can go back to school and then more xrays in 2 weeks to see about sports. I am having a hard time keeping him inactive. How much should I let him do and what happens if he does too much.

As your brother is live it means only one lung of lung is collapsed.

Let doctors to diagnose cause and treat it.
