Diagnosed With Rheumatoid And Osteo Arthritis In Feet, Left Knee, Spurs In L1, L2, L3 In My Back, Hands, Swelling And Pain In Fingers, Taking Embrel. Permanent Cure?

Hi. Over the years I have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid and Osteo Arthritis in my feet, left knee, spurs in L1, L2, L3 in my back, hands especially swelling and pain in fingers, hands, and wrists and bursitis in my shoulders. I was taking 50mg shot of Embrel once a week, 8 tabs of methotrexate once a week, 200 mg of hydroxychloroquine , 1,000 mg naproxine and 500 mg for ancetemenophen. I was taking this for the arthritis. I have other medications. I just felt that it was too much and I was still having pain. I asked the doctors how did they know what was working. They could not answer me so finally stopped taking all of them; however, I experience lost of pain when it rains and when the humidity is high and other times as well. A couple of time they gave me some vicodin and it worked, but since I stopped taking the other meds they won t give me any other prescriptions for pain. How should I proceed? Thanks Kathy
