Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement, Dr. Saurabh Gupta's Response
Hello, Thanks for writing to us
Currently there is no treatment for Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) . Treatment is aimed primarily at relieving the painful symptoms associated with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy.Physical therapy is noted by some as being the best treatment for RSD. Beside sympathetic block, spinal cord stimulation and local anesthetics are other options.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
