Hello

Thanks for writing to H.C.M.

I read your query regarding bumps on the back of your throat which are not giving you any pain. About 6 months back you were diagnosed as having pharyngitis at that time there was acute pain in throat along with fever, at that time you were having coughing also.but that time you got relief by antibiotics.

Now you are not having any acute symptoms thus it appears as you are suffering from Chronic tonsillitis.

At present you may take-

(a) Tab cetrizine.

(b) Warm saline gargling.

(c) Avoid chilly and spicy foods

Above explanation answers your query.

Regards.
