is a very common problem among girls these days as the stress
levels are high and diet and lifestyle is very poor..the only cure for pcos is relaxed mind, exercise and good diet.. i suggest try to follow a good activity regime like brisk walk/ dance/ jog/ aerobics
etc as per your choice at least 4-5 times/ week and also try to do yoga
3 times/week to keep mind relaxed..along with this eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. fruits and nuts for breakfast, carry small healthy snacks like roasted peanuts/ chana kurmura/ ragi khakra etc.. have salads with lunch and dinner.sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks.. avoid wheat and milk.. replace wheat with jowar/ ragi/ brown rice.. avoid rotis at night.. have a light dinner like soup, salads, veggies, chicken/ fish.. avoid fried and junk.. drink lot of water and be happy and positive..
