Diagnosed Some Chemical In Body. Tests To Find Out Which Exact Chemical?
I want to know why I can't get a doctor to test me for chemicals in my body. They always want to know what chemical. That is what I want them to find out.........I don't know.
They want to check my organs to see what damage is done, how can they know this if they don't know what caused it?
They can dig up bones and test them to find out what they died of. Why can't they find out what is wrong with me?
I understand your problem when you ask that you want to be tested for chemicals and your doctor wants more information.
Chemicals are divided into organic and inorganic compounds. Organic compounds form the bulk in our human body in various proportions and are present as molecules throughout our body. Inorganic compounds are usually heavy metals and are present as micronutrients.
It is important to know your symptoms before any test for a chemical is done. This is because one test will not show all chemicals.
You may consult a toxicologist for further details.
Hope this helps.
