Diagnosed Costochondritis, Heartburn, Acid Reflux With Asthma For Feeling Of Twitsting Heart. Any Thoughts?

I have had several times a feeling of someone reaching in my chest and twisting my heart. Literally just that. My doctor has said I have Castocondritis, heart burn, acid reflux, athsma. These pains have occurred during work (I work stock), at home and school. I am 18, male, with average body weight, not very active just because of lack of time, haven t worked out in a year to a year and six months.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As your doctor says they are the possibilities, whether you had treatment for any of them or not.If in spite of the treatment you didn't have relief means you must be having angina.
For confirmation you may need to have echo cardiogram, and thread meal test. So i advise you to consult a cardiologist for conformation.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods for maintenance of good health.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
