Diagnosed As Pre-diabetic. Feet Pains. Bags Under Eyes. Suggestions?

I so scared about my boyfriends health, I know he was diagnosed as pre diabetec, but he hasn't followed up and his feet are causing him agony ! I think its neuropathy. He also has terrible bags under his eyes sleep Apnea? We have no ins. he needs to see a Dr. and I swear I DRAG HIM BY HIS SHIRT COLLAR IF I knew where to get him help ffor low income or free . Please can you help me with info Many thanks, Eliza

Diabetic neuropathy is a complications of uncontrolled diabetes. It would normally occur after at least a few years of uncontrolled blood sugars.
If this is the case for him then it could be the reason for his pain.There are other causes of neuralgia such as vitamin deficiency, side effect of medication, liver disease, electrolyte abnormality, alcoholism.

Sleep apnoea would present with history of snoring, episodes of waking at night due to temporary inability to breath, day time drowsiness. It is more likely to occur in persons with excess weight.

He can consider the emergency departments who may assess him for a minimal amount.
