Diabetic With Fasting Sugar 255, PP 375. On Human Insulin, Metformin And Softovac For IBS. Prescribed Humalog, Galvusmet. Suggest

I am a patient of diabetes for almost 13 yrs , taking humaninsulin 30/70 for last 10 yrs with metformin but still my fasting sugar is 255 and PP 375.Recently I have visited a doc who prescribed HUMALOG insulin @ 24unit.two times daily and GALVUSMET 50/1000 ONCE after breakfast. I am suffering from irritable bowel syndrome and softovac SF IS MANDATORY.Sleeplessness is another factor,anxit 0.5 the medicine I am taking.
Whether these medicine will suffice or can make any problem. Please suggest.

Your medicine might be working well but it is time for you to work along with the medicine, you have insulin dependent diabetes, you need to be very careful in all the manner right from medicine to your life style, it is very necessary to change your life style, no stressful life, low cholesterol diet ( Less calorie) regular exercise, early to bed early rise rule if you follow these, then every thing will be okay even with the medicine, let me tell you one thing changing life style some time get you away from Insulin have nice day.
