Diabetic Feeling Tired All The Time. Taking Wellbutrin And Lexapro For Depression. Worried

i have been diabetic x 45 yrs im age 52 i am trying to find out why im so tired all the time. my tsh is normal. I have a gfr of 30 at this point. i cant get up in the mornings. i have a cpap but that doesnt seem to help me much. does dm get worse as u get older ? i seem a little more resistent to insulin compaired to when i was younger. i take 35 unit with insulin pump daily. what tests or things can i do ? im so tired i want to sleep all the time. i live in rockford,ill. any suggestions on anyone who might be able to help me. my last a1c was 6.8 and hgb 11.6. i take wellbutrin and lexapro for depression. my cognative abilitys are are also worsening slowly ? please help me.

Thanks for asking.

As your HBA1C is 6.8 , which is as low as it can get in a diabetic patient, I do not think diabetes is the problem.

Hb of 11.6 is also reasonable and the GFR of 30 is should not be the cause of constant tiredness all the time.

I think you probably need to get your depression part reassessed , may be the services of a psychologist and psychiatrist are needed.
