Diabetic. How To Keep Blood Pressure In Control?

My blood pressure is not in control since few days, it is some how gets lower at the end of the day, I am 58 years in age and a diabetics since 2 years . I take saline and salt to raise BP and those work for some hours, but i think some thing is wrong with my health,thanks.

Low PB in the BP apparatus ,without signs and symptoms(giddiness ,light flashes in the eyes from siting to standing position,& weakens,blurring of vision)
Low Bp with symptoms only needs treatment .
