Hello
Your sugar levels are still very high.
The dose of amaryl being taken by you is very low.
You should increase the dose of amaryl bit in consultation with your doctor.
If in spite of best efforts by your doctor to control your sugar levels by oral anti diabetics fail, you should not hesitate in switching to injectable insulin but must be done under supervision and advise of your doctor.
Do regular exercises ,avoid sugar and take frequent small meals.
It will be better for you if you take the help of a diabetologist.
Thanks
