Diabetes, Kidney Stones, Recently Diagnosed With Kidney Tuberculosis, High Blood Sugar. What Type Of Diet Is Advisable?

Hi, My name is Rahul Dey. My mother is 49 years old, weight 42 kg. She is having diabetes and also kidney stone ( Right kidney 8mm).She is taking medicines for many years for diabetes . Now detected kidney tuberculosis and continuing medicines for 10 days but tomorrow she behaved abnormally and sugar level is high (391) .... Can you please provide advise on diet chart for him. Also please advise what I do now.

Hi,
You should consult with your doctor immediately and get treatment of your mother.
blood sugar level should be kept within normal limits .
She may be required to be admitted in hospital to decide on the drugs and dose of the drugs to keep blood sugar level in normal limits .diet chart should be made as per her calori requirements high protein dietwill be helpful for her as she is to continue ant tb treatment also..diabetes to be controlled strictly ..
plenty fluids to be taken .small stones may pass with proper hydration and some medicines . please discuss with your doctor /uro surgeon .
