Sir, My father, 65 years, has been suffering from Diabetes for over 10 years. he also has high sugar & BP . Hello,

Your Father is an elderly Diabetic and Hypertensive.
The history of disease is also long standing.
Diabetics and hypertensive are prone to develop renal complication in the long run.
Your father has developed Diabetic nephropathy.
With this creatinine value many OHA's are contraindicated.
Insulin should be started.
Consult a Nephrologist.
