Diabetologist 's  Response
DEAR SIR/MADAM

HE IS ALREADY TAKING A GOOD COMBINATION OF DRUGS WITH BOTH SENSITIZER AND SECRETOGOGUE, BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO ACHIEVE APPROPRIATE CONTROL THEN IF YOU STILL RAISE THE DOSAGE I DONT THINK YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTROL..

THE BEST THING IS TO START INSULIN AND GRADUALLY WEAN THE TABLET TO LOWEST DOSAGE, BUT SHE STILL NEEDS TO TAKE IT.

THANKS

Dear,

Your friend needs change in medication (with or without insulin). Please ask him to consult his doctor, physician or diabetologist for the same.

Regards.
