Developed Small Itchy Pimple With Pus On Inner Thigh Pubic Region. Applying Candid. Had Skin Infections. Suggest?

sir,
I've developed small pimple (with pus bearing tip just as they appear in face) on the inner thigh pubic region itching sensation (not severe) is also there. I'm having a sensitive skin, skin infections have occurred 2-3 time before while using public toilets. This has started appearing 5-6 days after using a hotel toilet. is this fungal infection? Ive started applying Candid b ointment, is this enough?

No it may not be fungal infection, it could be foliculitis must be bacterial, apply some broad spectrum antibiotic ointment, povidon would be nice, keep the area clean, have nice day.
