Dermatologist Prescribed Deriva For Acne, Not Much Improve. What To Do?
hi doctor My dermatologist prescribed me Deriva ms gel to be used at night and and azethromycin 500g to be taken three days per each week for acne in my face.Now it is already three weeks I m taking the medicine.I can see very small improvement only.My skin has become more oily and i feel itchy specially during day time.My skin has become darker because I have to expose to sun during my day today life.I m planning for my wedding in next month.So do I need to change my medicine??
Hi u can use epiduo ointment over the face can cure faster response than deriva ms ointment.use clear gel in the morning .use a salcylic acid facewash like speelac face wash decreases oil wash.use multan matti face pack after washing with a good astringent can decrease oilness and decrease the formation of acne
