Delayed Periods, Negative Pregnancy Test. Want To Have A Baby

hi,, i usually have a 32 day cycle..i came on my period on the 30th march and didnt have another period until the 11th may giving me a cycle of 43 days..which would mean i was supposed to have a period on the 22nd june but im late by two days.i have done a pregnancy test and its negative..it is very upseting and stessful as i really want to have a baby could you please help me

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns.
-wait for another four days,and repeat the test again.
-if the second time also negative,kindly rule out the possible underlying for infertility.

the possible causes for infertility for women are;

-hypothyroidism ;increased TSH levels in your blood confirm the diagnosis.

-PCOD;poly cystic ovarian disease;due ANDROGENS the ovum cant be released

ultrasound scanning for pelvis may confirm the diagnosis.

-hyper prolaction in your blood are some causes

sometimes stress may prevent the pregnancy without any underlying pathology.
