Dehydrated, Given I V Fluids, Experiencing Severe Lower Abdominal Pain, Stool Black . Does This Have Anything To Do With Dehydration?

It was extremely hot here yesterday over 94 degreees and I passed out and was taken by ambulance to the hospital . They said I was dehydrated and gave I V fluids and sent me home . Last night I experienced severe lower abdominal pain and today my stool is black . Does this have anything to do with dehydration?
