Dear Sir I'm a 25 year old male and I seem to be having some itching issues around my genital area. It began off in my inner thigh and right side my genitals. mostly I seems this problem in the hot season. in my right side of thigh and genital area skin are very thinly removed and when I cannot use soap or detol in this area because very irritating, because of this I am not using underwear now! I also shaved my pubic hair but it didn't seem to have much of an effect. and I used itch guard cream but no effect, can you please give me a solution for this and which medicine will be effective ?
