Dear Psychiatrist, I Had A Question About My Mental Illness

Dear Psychiatrist,
I had a question about my mental illness that is whenever I start to fear that if I eat something it might fall in my trachea instead of oespaghus and instead it gets more worse when I start to eat and I start coughing on occasions due to that fear that doesn't end. Even if I try to distract my mind about thinking about something else while eating it doesn't help and I start thinking about it that's why I don't like eating and I am getting so weak. It all started 7 months before, when I was eating something and it looked like it went into my inhalation tube and I started coughing but it wasn't coming out and I felt I am going to die. However, in some way it came out of my tube but after that day I started to fear eating and it looked like I'm gonna die if I ate something as it's going to enter my trachea .Can you please give me advice of how to not feel that way while I'm eating because I end up thinking about it and I also have chest tightness.
