I am now struggling since last year September with SEVERE pain in my left arm/shoulder/shoulder blade and neck. The specific area where pain intensity is located in any of above mentioned areas, may vary from day to day. The pain is more severe at night. I don't have difficulty in moving my arm. It feels the pain is more in my muscles /nerves than in my bones. My muscles also go into spasms, when massaging with Tiger Balm, one can feel the knots! Very, very painful. One thing that al also triggers the pain, is cold wind or temperatures on that areas.
Believe me, I've tried many things over all these months and spent a lot of money with no solution.
I've seen medical doctors, Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, various kinds of messages, acupuncture......but it feels all just working on symptoms, not finding out what is the cause.
Over this period because of all the inflammatory medicine I took I now also have a problems with chronic stomach cramps. Currently I'm surviving on pain killers, just so that I can function and do my work. On few occasions because of the severity of the pain, I went to Emergency - the only thing then that will bring the level of the pain down is medicine given through IV.
I'm so disheartened!!!
