Dark Spots On Face

hi i have a niece of 1 month and she have 2 brown dark spots on her face i want to get rid of them so kindly tell me any solution.

hello... r those birth marks.. then in that case nothing can be done at present.. as she grows there are lot of procedures that can remove the mark.. .. plz specify as to when the dark spot appeared..
