Dark Spots In The Lower Leg. Mild Pain On Touching. What Are These?

I have had these weird dark spots on my lower legs for a few years now and I don't know what they are or how I got them. I've showed them to my doctors and they're clueless. When I first got them they were slightly painful to the touch (with a little pressure applied). I should note that they're no longer painful. Do you have any idea what these dark spots could be caused by? Or what type of doctor I should see for this situation?
