Dark Spot On Left Side Of Chest, Chest Pains. Blockage?

I just had a echocardiogram and chemical stress test and there is a dark spot on the left side of my heart. There is a possibility it could have been a shadow or a blockage. What is the next step in the process? I have had some chest pains, but I have chewed aspirin and coughed severely while lying on my bed. Sometimes it would last 30-45 minutes. Is this an area to be seriously concerned

Hi!. Thanks for your query. As per your complaints I feel see a Cardiologist and may need a Coronary Angiogram CT which will clear any doubts about Blockage. Take care.
