Dark Spot Between Toes, Soreness And Stiffness In Toes, Skin Tightness
For the last month I have had a dark spot, about the size around of a pencil head eraser, the spot is between my little toe and the next toe on my left foot. The spot itself does not hurt, but on the outside of my littlest toe it is sore where the toe bends is very stiff. The outside of my foot where the toe and foot joins together has the feeling that the skin is tight and doesn t want to give to allow the toe to bend, and when I try to bend it and it stretches that outside skin it hurts a lot.

This looks like infection (may be fungal or bacterial). Better if you can upload the photo of it to diagnose the cause or get examined by your doctor.
Fungal infection which occur most commonly in the inter toe area due to increased sweating. Bacterial infection may also occur due to any small injury or due to not cleaning area regularly. The stiffness and pain is due to inflammation. You need to apply local anti fungal / antibacterial agent and have to take anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen.
Clean the area and dry it with clean cotton cloth. Use shoe with good toe space and every day new socks should be used.
