Dark patch on leg, itchy, tiny bumps that ooze on rubbing making the area darker. What could this be?

There is a dark patch on my lower leg, at the calf portion, with itchy, tiny bumps that ooze on rubbing, making the area sore. Had a similar tinier one near my wrist but it has healed completely though some bumps can still be seen and the area is darker than the rest of the skin. I fiirst thought it miight be an aljinjulergy to a mosquito bite but now i am not so sure. what could it be?
