Dark Area Near Scrotum, Dry. Remedy?

Hi,
Iam 31 male,Height and weight around 5.8 feet and 72 KG.
These days i observed dark area near scrotum.usually i keep myself always clean.
the area is not itchy, but felt dry.i also think the reason might be because of the type of inner wear i use.
it might be rubbing against my thighs and causing the darkness.
will sure go for trunk type inner wear.
but is there any remedy for the damage already caused.
Regards.

Hi,
It seems that this might be normal dark area common at this site.
It might be due to rubbing of thighs each other and on long time some blackening of skin develops.
Wearing some synthetic inner wear can also cause this problem.
Use cotton inner wears.
Keep part perspiration less.
Use Kojic acid cream locally or use kojic acid soap.
Ok and take care.
