Sir, my Doctor diagnose with MPHL and Seb. Capites. I have dandruff with oily hair and very itchy scalp. I have hair fall problem mainly more at crown and frontal. Doctor prescribed me 1. Hair for u 5% spray. 2. Keraglo men tablets 3. Keraglo AD shampoo. Sir, I want to ask which would be better Hair for u 5% or MorrF 3%. And also, Is there any difference between Nizoral and Keraglo AD shampoo , which would be more effective. And also I want to what are the side effects of these medicines? Thank You Sir !

Hi hair 4u is better than morr 3percent as it looks for perifollicularis fibrosis due to presence of amenixil lotion.keraglo.ad shampoo better than nizoral as it contains zinc pyrithrone along with ketaconazole.side effects of hair 4u are transient headache.dryness of hair and rebound phenomenon.the side effects of shampoo are dryness of hair. And loss of hair
