Hi there evergreen taj. We all love a thick head of hair! However, hair loss is imminent at some stage of our lives & there are different types of hair loss. The first thing to do is to fix an appointment with a dermatologist or trichologist nearest you for an 'assessment'! One has to know the 'type'of hair loss. Next, one has to evaluate the reasons behind the hair fall...be it water, stress or any medication consumed or gentic? If you say 'sudden' it is possible that on account of stressors, one notices more hair fall than at other times & as a result, the grey hairs stand out! I suggest using a 'broad-toothed' comb, avoid frequent use of shampoos as you seem to be doing..shampooing twice/week should suffice & dont handle your head /hair too often or 'fret' about the hair loss! Upto 100 hairs a day lost are the norm more than an issue. Please do use topical 5% minoxidil lotion on dry scalp twice daily & this will help increase the density of your hair. Take care & wish you good health & a healthy shock of hair!
