Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Increase in the frequency or severity is an indication for investigation.
You should see a neurologist.

You may have to increase or change your rescue medicine / and also start on prophylaxis.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery

Hello suharr1148
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Migraine is a type of headache that is usually pulsatile in nature and occurs more in frontal and temporal region. It is a episodic type of headache and occurs at intervals, but as disease progress the duration in-between episodes start decreasing and later it may occur daily. So proper treatment of migraine is necessary. Usually people take OTC analgesic medicines and don't take advise of doctor. As you are having serious symptoms of headache, stiff neck now I advise you to visit a doctor and take expert advise.
Many medicine like naproxon, paracetamol domperidone combination, flupitrine etc. can be taken for quick relief. Medicines like Beta Blockers propranolol are usually given as prophylaxis for migraine. So visit a good doctor.

Thanks
Take Care
