Hello,
Although you are taking four anti diabetic drugs but all of them are not n proper doses.
TRIVOLIB can be incresed from .2 to .3 twice a day.
Stop taking TRIGILMISAVE and take
GLIMMIPRIDE 3 mg twice a day.
METFORMIN 1 gm twice a day.
PIOZONE 30 mg once in morning.
See the response with this.
I have increased dose of your anti diabetic drugs a little.
See if here is any change.
If your sugarblevels don't change, then best would be to start
insulin injections.
You must talk to your treating doctor regarding this.
Alternatively a long acting basal insulin like inj.
LANTUS can be added in your current regime.
Do regular aerobic exercises and observe dietary restrictions.
You must control your sugar levels, whatever method you adopt.
Along with blood sugar levels, control your BP and
cholesterol levels also.
Thanks
