Cure For Sore Throat And Running Nose
Hello, I seem to have developed a sore throat and a running nose this evening. Would like to avoid anti biopics if possible. Have just taken AAAAAAA cough syrup . What would you recommend? Thanks

You sore throat may be due to viral or bacterial infection.
Take some decongestant tablet and cough syrup.
Do listerin gargles.
Avoid fried and chillies and junk food.
If this is bacterial infection then you may require one antibiotic course.
