This has ruined my life.
Hello! You appear to have 'steroid induced dermal atrophy'- a condition caused by prolonged use of topical steroids. The damage to the skin depends on the potency of the steroid used, the duration for which the cream/gel was used and the site where it was applied ( palm skin is thick = less damage, penis skin is fine= more damage). Since you've used steroid creams for a relatively long period and on penile skin (which is thin to begin with)it appears the thinning is irreversible. However I'd suggest you consult a dermatologist for a full assessment. All the best!
