Crusts In The Outer Folds Of The Nose, Does Not Come Out On Washing, Wears Off On Scratching. What Treatment Is Needed?
What causes the crust in the outer folds of the nose and how can it be treated? I can wash the face and it won t wash off, so I have to scratch it off. I know this is bad for the skin, but it looks horrible.

Do face wash 2-3 times a day with good cleansing agent.
Never try to scratch out as it may give irritation and infection.
Apply moisturizing cream on the part.
Use glycerin soap on face.
