Cramps, Nausea. Husband Had Sex With Someone Without Condom. STD?

Hello recently I have been having very bad cramps and I know I am not pregnant because my husband has had a vycetomy. I just found out that he recently had sex with someone else without a condom. I first began to have severe cramping and then he was having severe back cramps plus nausea and I had nausea too. Then today I noticed a greenish color dischare and I was just wondering if all of these symptoms could be related? I have not slept with another man since 2010 and last year was tested through the health department and everything came back okay...could you please let me know if this could possibly be something related to a STD.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

It is very much possible to contract a STD if your partner has recently had unprotected sex with another person. I would suggested that both you and your husband get tested for STDs at your nearest clinic and take the necessary treatment. Please abstain form sex till the time both of you have taken complete treatment.

Hope this helps

Hi and welcome to HCM.
It sounds like std definitely and you need further tests to see what infections agent caused this and then antibiotic treatemnt can be started. dont ignore these signs as infection can progress to pelvis and cause serious consequances. there is high chance that it was transmissed by your husband so he should do tests to and have proper treatment.
Wish you good health.Regards
