Cramps In Right Hip. Right Calf. Taking Potassium And Calcium Along With Quinine. Given Metformin And Lisenopril. Remedy?

I am having cramps in my right hip, beginning in front and moving around to my hip. Also my right calf is having cramps in a small spot like just in a small circle. They never go completely away, if I move certain ways they catch and have been doing this for weeks now. If I carry something heavy in one hand my bicep will also cramp. I take potassium and calcium I'm using Hyland leg cramp over the counter with quinine it helps some. The prescription medications that I take daily are Metformin 500mg X2 daily and Lisenopril for bp 1 daily.

Don't hesitate for electric shcks, it the doctor suggests, if she is scared of pills she can have long acting injections, so you can opt for any mode of treatment. Thank you.
