Could You Recommend The Diet For A Person Suffering From Reflux Disease?

Reflux. I was partialy diagnozed. My GP tried various tablets with various strength. I seem to be resistant to all. Is it possible to follow some special diet. I would like to add though I am 68 years old. I have ever been to haspital and last time before reflux iI saw my GP 8 years ago. So I was healthy person if that helps. Dont drink dont smoke always was choosy what I ate?

Certain things are to avoided if you have reflux disease. This includes -
1. Coffee
2. Citrus fruits
3. Tomatoes
4. Fatty food
5. Carbonated beverages
6. Onion
7. Mint
All these are to be AVOIDED.
Also do not eat full stomach. Eat smaller meals.
And go to bed at least 2-3 hours after food.
