General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use skin creams and lotions that moisturize your skin and prevent dryness.
-Use mild bath soap that won't irritate your skin.
-Take a bath or shower in warm not hot water.
-To relieve itching, place a cool washcloth or some ice over the area that itches, rather than scratching.
-Some medication that you can take include antihistamines and topical steroids.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks!
