my 16 month old has had yellow, watery sour smelling stools that leak through his diapers. He has had a cold for 2 weeks now. No fever. Has recently puked 4 times and is sleeping longer with naps and bedtime. He is very active still and seems to be starting a rash ( kinda looks like heat rash) on Belly and upper legs close to groin. He has no appetite buts wants his bottle of milk. Is it a viral thing or teething???
